Our laser cutting machinery park allows us to achieve high machining speeds and excellent cutting quality for the parts we manufacture. In addition to cutting sheet metal of all types of metals, we cut tubes and profiles from materials such as copper, brass, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, bronze, electroplated or galvanized materials. We have an intelligent warehouse where we stock a wide variety of material types and thicknesses.
In 2022, we inaugurated a new 2500m2 industrial hall at JOM as a separate laser profile cutting center. To do this, we invested in new laser cutting machinery for metal and an intelligent warehouse that allows us to manage metal sheets automatically, eliminating the need for manual and hazardous operations.
Thanks to this significant improvement, we now have greater production capacity, both in terms of speed and the variety of metal parts we can manufacture. This way, we meet our clients’ needs for a wide range of metal parts for very different uses in laser cutting of metal.

A través de de la línea de Subvenciones para proyectos de inversiones productivas en Cataluña para el ejercicio 2024, JOM, METAL PARTS MANUFACTURING SL, ha recibido una subvención de IMPORTE 311.980,00 €, con numero de expediente SEC055/24/000261, para la ejecución del proyecto de Mejora en la competitividad mediante incorporación de Máquina de corte laser fibra.
ACTUACIONES DE EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA
Convocatoria: Programa de ayuda para actuaciones de eficiencia energética en las PYME y en grandes empresas del sector industrial.
Título del proyecto: Inversión en nueva y mejorada tecnología para la fabricación de productos metálicos.
Resultados: Ahorro energético anual: 582.945,00 kWh/año y 50,13 tep/año.
ESTAMPACIONES METÁLICAS JOM, S.L. ha sido beneficiaria de una Ayuda del Ministerio de Energía, Turismo y Agenda Digital dentro del Programa de ayudas IDAE para Actuaciones de Eficiencia Energética PYME y en Gran Empresa del Sector Industrial (nº de expediente ICA012/19/000228), con una ayuda concedida de 125.551,25€ y una inversión elegible de 650.000,00€.
Esta ayuda ha permitido mejorar la eficiencia energética de la planta productiva de ESTAMPACIONES METÁLICAS JOM, S.L., mediante la sustitución de una máquina de corte con una mejora en la producción y especialmente en el consumo energético, el cual se ha reducido en gran medida respecto a la máquina anterior.
