At Jom , we are experts in the manufacture of metal parts. We know metal , and we are passionate about sharing with our customers all the experience we have accumulated over the years to provide them with the best possible advice.
Drawing on our expertise in metallurgical engineering, we handle the manufacturing of any metal part, always determining the best production process. To do this, we integrate all our manufacturing processes based on the needs of each project: die making, metal stamping, laser cutting, punching, bending, and welding, among others.
We work closely with our customers to achieve our goal of co-engineering metal parts in order to improve cost efficiency and quality in every case. The collaboration between our three manufacturing divisions—the die-making shop, the press shop, and the laser cutting, bending, and welding division—allows us to optimize the production of any metal part or assembly to the fullest extent possible.
We want to serve as an extension of your company in the design of metal parts, which is why we offer all of our expertise and know-how as manufacturers.
Our engineering department handles the 3D metal design of dies and tooling, as well as the design of metal parts and assemblies using manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding, and/or stamping, depending on the product’s characteristics and requirements.
We specialize in the design and manufacturing technology of metal parts to develop any product from start to finish before beginning production. We create 3D metal designs, suggest changes if we see opportunities for improvement, and, if necessary, offer prototype manufacturing to validate the final metal part design. We create the bill of materials for the part or assembly and prepare the necessary drawings for each operation, including cutting, bending, and welding programs.
We work with our quality department to determine how to measure and ensure compliance with critical points or dimensions in each stage of production. Once all of this is complete, we enter the order into our ERP system and begin production.
